Dr Leslie Dobson, who claims to be working with US Congress on the Epstein files, believes missing footage from the night of the sex offender's death raises questions

A clinical and forensic psychologist has made the sensational claim that Jeffrey Epstein may still be alive, after many bombshell findings in the Epstein files. Released by the Justice Department, the partial collection comprises millions of documents, images, videos, and emails detailing the activities of the convicted child sex offender.

Many of the files also shed light on his social circle of public figures, politicians, and celebrities - though none of those mentioned have been charged or prosecuted for any crime. Dr. Leslie Dobson, who claims to be working directly with the United States Congress on the files, insists that some of the explosive findings are merely scratching the surface.

"A lot of the names are redacted, so it could have been other people," she said, referring to some of the emails. Addressing the numerous back-and-forth messages to and from Epstein, Leslie added: "They're corresponding back and forth and that's in writing. Imagine what they're talking about on the phone?" Her sensational suggestion comes after a viral photo claiming to show Epstein alive in Israel was explained.

While a vast portion of the files remain heavily redacted, Leslie says she and cyber hackers have managed to unearth some concealed details. Shedding light on how they are investigating the "massive" operation, she revealed on Annie Elise's Serialously podcast: "They definitely underestimated the capacity of all of us and what we were capable of doing with their poor redactions.

"If you remember, the original redactions, you could just copy and paste the PDF into a word [document] and the black box went off and you could see all the names. Well, now, they didn't do that. So now you can't take the black box off, but some people actually can," she added.

Within the documents, Leslie, who boasts more than two decades of expertise in her profession, claimed to have uncovered footage purportedly captured on the evening of Epstein's death. "One in particular will be the video of the night he died. It is cut, there is about 23 seconds missing," she revealed.

The convicted sex offender was discovered dead in his jail cell on August 10, 2019, before he could stand trial on sex trafficking allegations. Recently, an image appearing to show a bearded Epstein strolling through Tel Aviv ignited widespread conspiracy speculation.

Though the photograph was subsequently verified as AI created, Leslie maintains her belief that he may still be living. "Yeah, I do [think he is alive]," she stated the-mirror-icon_news_weird-news_jeffrey-epstein.

"I saw those pictures, I don't really know, he did have a plastic surgeon, which is in the records, coming frequently to his estate in 2016. So, I don't know, why was a plastic surgeon there? He did have medical issues, there was a tumour, he had doctors coming in often.

"So was he changing his face? I don't know."

Offering her perspective, Annie proposed that the discredited financier would require facial alterations if he had staged his death or been freed from custody. "It certainly is not impossible when you have that many people trying to cover something up to scoot someone away," she suggested.

Later in the podcast, the forensic psychologist said she heard there were "open investigations" into the files.

"It's bigger than Watergate. It's a massive cover up," she added. "It's the biggest one of our lifetime."

Following the podcast's release, The Justice Department has confirmed it is examining whether documents from the Epstein files were inappropriately withheld, with further updates expected.
